About this event

Mobility Flow combines strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance exercises and is designed to increase range of motion, flexibility, stability and control. Class starts with a dynamic warm-up, followed by individual mobility drills which are put together at the end of class to make a repeatable sequence. Class ends with a flexibility focused cool down. This is a low impact, high intensity class. Modifications and alternatives offered.
