Hills and Dales Fitness Hike 1, 2 or 3

About this event

Hiking a loop trail going between two big hills and a few smaller hills in-between beginning and ending at the Paw Paw Pavilion parking lot. Will be passing by the parking lot after each loop. You can do one, two or three loops.

Each loop takes about 30 minutes, so you can join in after first or second loop if you prefer but sign up and post when you are coming so we know to be looking for you.

Meet by the restroom area. Will be starting 10:00 AM promptly.

Three loops, both hills three times each - 5.25 miles Two loops, both hills two times each - 3.5 miles One loop, both hills one time each - 1.75 miles

Averaging 3.5 mph usually or between 17 to 18 minutes per mile. Is a strenuous hike at this pace…at least for me.

No dogs please on this hike.
