Building a Better Business with Aileron

About this event

Aileron is a non profit professional management training center and leadership development organization. We will get a one day “crash course” touching on the tenants Aileron is so famous for, namely:

• Using the “D.O.C.”model to run your business more efficiently (“Direction, Operations and Controls”)

• How to create the culture you want (and need) in your business

• Professional training and coaching for business owners and managers

• “The power of peer groups” for benchmarking, best practices and obtaining objective feedback

• And much more!

Come and see how Aileron has helped to fuel exponential growth in hundreds of businesses locally, and shown leaders how to work “on the business, rather than in the business “

7:30 am – Breakfast and networking

8:30 am – 4:00 pm – Program with 6 owner-focused workshops.

4:00 – 6:00 pm – Optional happy hour with drinks and heavy hor d’oevres

Come with the issue keeping you up at night – leave with perspective, momentum and a stronger way forward.
