Kettering City Council approved up to $300,000 in economic development incentives for Westminster Financial Companies, which signed a 10-year lease for 9,400 sqft at 3123 Research Boulevard and will begin relocating 23 employees in 2027; the company’s payroll is estimated at $2.5 million and it will receive a 50% income-tax rebate over five years.
