2027 Dog License Pop-up Shop

About this event

We’ll be at the Englewood Petco selling dog licenses from 1 -5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2026 ! 🐶

Stop by and get your dog’s 2027 license while you’re out and about.

• Ohio law requires dogs 3 months and older to be licensed and wear a current-year license tag.

• Dog licenses expire every year on December 31. You must renew your dog’s license each year between Dec. 1 and Jan. 31.

• 2027 Montgomery County dog licenses are $20 for spayed/neutered dogs and $24 for dogs who are not fixed.

• A license can help get your dog home if they’re ever lost. Their license tag has a number that can be used to identify them and connect them with their owner.

Can’t make it? You can also purchase your dog’s license online, by mail, or in person at the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center or another outpost location. Find purchase options and outpost locations at mcohio.org/dogs .
