If you're voting Tuesday, polls open at 6:30 a.m., and anyone in line at 7:30 p.m. can still vote. Montgomery County Board of Elections Director Jeff Rezabek urged voters to make a plan: check your polling place, look over a sample ballot and bring valid ID.
- ID includes: driver's license, state ID, passport, passport card
- No ID? Cast a provisional ballot, then show ID within four days
- Statewide: more than 1.7 million ballots received by Monday morning
Rezabek said the county had a record year for in-person early voting. On Sunday's last day, the line snaked through the county parking garage, with an estimated three-hour wait at 3 p.m., the Dayton Daily News reported. He called turnout "tremendous" and said mail-in voting declined.
